2hp Comb Black

2Hp Comb Black is a filter module for modular synthesizers in Eurorack format. The module functions as an IIR peaking comb filter and as an attenuation filter in the feedback path . Comb provides control over the cutoff frequency and resonance , which can be driven in self-oscillation . An incredibly short, tuned delay line changes the character of the input by imposing harmonic peaks on the source. Subtle settings can cause timbres to thicken, reminiscent of phaser-like effects, while more extreme settings can turn white noise into glossy string sounds or tear your waveform into shreds.
