The Blue Cat Audio DP Meter Pro is a unique analysis tool that combines flexible and customizable audio meters with advanced side chain control (thanks to MIDI and automation outputs). Almost every aspect of peak, RMS and crest factor meters can be changed, while 5 different scales - including Bob Katz?s popular K-System scales - are also available. Even the creation of your own scales is possible! In addition, large, colour statistics displays provide a precise overview of the track dynamic range. Graphs show the evolution of the applied signal and the envelope. A mid-side switch also allows mono compatibility to be checked, as well as stereo width. Whether mono, stereo or surround - the DPMP plugin blends in well with any workflow. Another feature are the side chaining possibilities: All envelopes (peak, RMS, crest factor...) can be reused by combining, modifying, inverting, recording automation curves or sending MIDI CC messages that control other effects in real time.
