With the Diezel VH4-2 pedal, Peter Diezel packs the third channel of his highly successful VH4, which has become a legend among metalheads, into a compact preamp that makes rhythm and lead sound available with two channels. The analog solid state circuit convinces with a sound and feel that can hardly be distinguished from the large tube top thanks to the elaborate tuning. Accordingly, the Diezel VH4-2 pedal delivers a hot overdrive with typical clarity that can be increased to brute tight high gain distortion. The sound can be precisely adjusted using the 3-band equalizer, which is available for both channels and is supplemented by controls for presence and deep. In addition, separate gain and master controls on each channel allow you to adjust lead and rhythm settings. For the best sound experience, the Diezel VH4-2 pedal should be connected to the Effect Return of a guitar amp via the Power Amp Out.
