All-rounder for practice room, stage and studio

The shells of the FBP Series drums are constructed from South Chinese birch, a wood that is considerably harder and denser than European species. Characteristically of birch, these shells produce a balanced frequency mix with concise mids, strong lows and moderate highs. The result is an enormously powerful, heavy and defined sound with a pronounced attack and relatively fast die- away. Drum sets made from birch are not only suited for the practice room or stage, but also for studio recordings and are the favorites of many sound engineers.

Heads, Hoops & Co.

The heads of the FBP drums come from the house of Remo, they are suspended by triple flanged steel hoops. The Rim Tom mounts are practically detached from the shell and support the open sound characteristics of the FBP drums. This sound characteristic is further developed by the rubber gasket lined lugs and throw-off. The craftsmanship quality of these components is excellent and unmatched in this price class.
