BFD3 is the third generation FXpansions Acoustic Drum Studio with never-before heard authentic sound, innovative features and a new and intuitive user interface.

The 162 GB library offers 7 overwhelming drum-kits, which only require around 55 GB thanks to new lossless data compression. The new and very efficient audio-engine and the optimized Workflow allows very quick and intuitive operation.

BFD3 offers sound without compromise and exclusive modelling technology for emulation of Tom resonances and cymbal whirls. The integrated mixer is equipped with new effects including FXpansion's first-class FXverb abd DCAM EnvShaper.

The Groove Editor includes over 1000 new grooves of various genres and drummers including, among others, Steve Ferrone (Tom Petty), Brooks Wackerman (Bad Religion), Bobby Jarzombek (Halford), Peter Erskine and Stanton Moore. Additionally the editor offers a complete selection of rudiments to comfortably produce your own drum grooves.
