The Amplification Caliburn by Kuassa is a guitar amplifier plugin for beginners in home production, modelled on Marshall amplifiers. It offers many possibilities for sound shaping on an intuitive, photorealistic UI at a low price. The Plugin is the amplifier flagship of the software Kuassa house and its highest quality product. Similar to the Amplification One or Creme, this virtual amplifier has an EQ zone with gain, lo, mid and hi filters and presence control. If desired, the preset library can be used to predetermine an effect for direct application or further refinement. Five speakers and seven microphones can be selected in a loudspeaker zone, positioned three-dimensionally by drag & drop and set precisely in stereo or mono recording parameters. A preset library helps you with the pre-selection before you readjust and save the sound yourself. An adjustable Noise Gate is included and the box settings can be hidden on request. With the AB comparison feature, you can quickly find the optimal amplifier setting for your song. If desired, the amplifier section of the plug-in can be switched to standby, so that incoming signals are routed directly to the speaker section with the microphone simulation.
