Meinl Concert SD2 Sticks

The Meinl Concert SD2 sticks are professional maple drumsticks with barrel tip. The lighter wood and the round tip offer a controlled feel and even articulation on the snare. Weight and pitch are matched within each pair (Weight Matched & Pitch Matched). The pre-selected maple wood offers excellent weighting and a warm sound.

Since 1951 the company Meinl in Gutenstetten has been producing high-quality cymbals, gongs and percussion. Since 2018 there have also been drum sticks, jazz brushes, rods and mallets for all Meinl applications - Made in Germany! The weight of the sticks is matched up to 1.5 grams, in addition all Meinl sticks are pitch-matched, which means that the sound of a pair of sticks is identical. In addition to many standard and hybrid sticks, numerous rods and mallets are also produced for all ranges.
