The KOMPLETE KONTROL A49 is a master keyboard controller that allows intuitive control of software and expressive playing with the 49-key keyboard. The KOMPLETE KONTROL A-SERIES lets you get close to all your instruments and effects. The smart and affordable keyboards allow you to find, edit and save sounds, as well as control your DAW. The included collection of professional instruments provides additional creative input.

High-quality keyboard for expressive performances

With the semi-weighted keyboard, expressive parts can be recorded directly and automations can be recorded with the ergonomic pitch and mod wheels. The TRS pedal input can be switched between sustain and expression.

Free improvisation with the Smart Play function

The Smart Play function makes improvising and experimenting even easier. You can choose between 100 scales and modes, so that the keyboard keys are limited to these tones and you can let off steam musically without running the risk of playing inappropriate tones. This function can also be used to play chord sequences and arpeggios with individual keys.

Deep and intuitive software control

The A-Series is not only intended as a keyboard for recording instruments, but also functions excellently as a flexible and intuitive master controller for software. With eight touch-sensitive knobs, four-way push encoders, and tag-based browsing, it's easy to browse through sounds, adjust effects, and record automations. An OLED display always provides visual feedback. The operation for KOMPLETE instruments and effects is pre-configured, but full support for VSTi and VST effects is also provided. MASCHINE software can be seamlessly controlled using the A-Series keyboards, and intuitive control of Logic Pro X, Ableton Live and GarageBand, as well as Cubase and Nuendo will soon be available.
