With the Ortega RCE238SN FT , the manufacturer Ortega expands its extensive program with a 4/4 concert guitar that features a pickup system and an eye-catching appearance in addition to high-quality materials. A solid Sitka spruce top provides clear mid and treble frequencies, so that each individual note stands out cleanly from the others and fades out long-lasting in the treble frequencies. For the body construction, the manufacturer uses a thin mahogany laminate that enriches the sound with warm bass frequencies. A flat mahogany neck with a slim nut width of 48 mm ensures maximum playability. In combination with a generous cutaway , the neck can be gripped easily even in the highest of the 19 frets . The absolute highlight is the headstock, which due to its special shape, allows the strings to run straight, so that a greater tuning stability is guaranteed. An Ortega MagusPro pickup system with integrated tuner ensures a natural sound on stage as well and can be adjusted conveniently and individually via a 3-band equalizer .
