With countless features, e.g. a Quick Set Clutch, a reworked footplate with heel block, spring seat, big rubber feet and a lot of adjustment possibilities, the Tama HH805D certainly impresses all around.

This Quick Set hihat clutch is the optimal evolution of traditional clutches.

No fiddling around with small parts, the hihat cymbals are mounted in a short time. The Quick Set Clutch can be opened and closed with a switch on the lower nut only with one simple move. An unintentional loosening during playing is also prevented by the clutch, a natural and even movement of the upper hihat cymbal is still possible due to the special shape of the nut.

The HH915D hihat stand has the same footplate which can also be found on the pedal of the Iron Cobra bass drum pedal. This ergonomic footplate provides a more sensitive and precise feel. In addition, the heel joint of the pedal is now in two separate pieces which takes most of the pressure off the bearings.

The short version of the hihat rod has a length of 35 centimeters. A practical spare part to better adapt the hardware to your needs and to facilitate the setup and tear down.
