The result is remarkable: Finest Canadian maple coated on both sides to a solid core of Wenge, an African hardwood. The resulting sound is extremely articulate and precise, the drums are characterized by an outstanding speech on each beat.

YESS III and revolutionary Hook Lugs

The Yamaha Absolute Maple Tom Pack consists of: 10”x07" Tom Tom, 12”x08" Tom Tom, a 14”x13” floor tom and the TH945B double tom holder. Clear and precise in sensitivity, with an incredibly dynamic sound range and a great walnut finish, the Tom Pack presents a perfect purchase for all who demand more from drum set. The innovative Hook Lugs are another major advantage for changing the skin within a few moments. These new Lugs can comfortably endure to the drum, thus, the individual tuning screws must not be fully unscrewed and the skin is renewed in a very short time.Another highlight is the enhanced YESS III system from Yamaha, which allows a freer swing of the shell and so consequently produces more sustain and volume. It isolates the shell from the suspension and allows the drum every nuance of the drumming from soft to loud.
