The YAMAHA PM-3X Silent Brass II Mute for French Horn is a pick up mute developed with the highest technical standards. The integrated microphone cares for a perfect sound projection into the Silent Brass system.
Altough you have a reduction of sound, the intonation stays clean over the whole tone range when you use the PM-3X. The comfortable playability is also available because the attack point is naturally and the air streams excellent.
The design of the PM-3X was improved so that the mute fits into the instruments case. It fits completely into the instruments bell.
