With QuNeo, the Touch-Controller pioneer Keith MacMillen takes a whole new path. New, because for the first time the pads feature varying zones and a new form of touch sensitivity recognition. Each of the 27 surfaces react to pressure, impact strength as well the triggered region. Organic haptics are delivered by rubber-like Elastomer, which is supported by a total of 251 multi-colour LEDs. These continuously give information about the current status of the controller pads, but can also be set to operate as a sequential light or a step sequencer display. Regardless if with turn-knob pads or faders with multi-touch function: QuNeo currently provides the most versatile touch controller around. In addition, a Class Compilant mode is included which supports driverless installation on PC and Mac as well as iOS devices supporting CoreMIDI and an Open Source development kit, which has been expandable by QuNeo for future features.
