Back in june 1931, when the first Epiphone Masterbilt guitars were introduced, these instruments instantly became popular among guitarists and musicians of all genres.

A good reason to revive the legendary Masterbilt series. Well, Epiphone did and relied on traditional manufacturing procedures and components to accurately regain the original Masterbilt characteristics.

The AJ-500RCE represents the series astonishingly well with a solid sitka spruce top, an Advanced Jumbo body made of solid rosewood and a one-piece mahogany neck. The instrument also provides a Shadow NanoFlex pickup system.
