These foam plates are the latest to come from the house of Remo, which are mounted to the underside of the head on the shell bearing edge in order to dampen the entire drum set. With triple notched safety edges, these dampeners are brought into position without any adhesive or glue and even hold onto heads with very little surface tension. Ideal for drummers who would like to practice quietly within their own four walls or as an aid when using triggers.
