ANTELOPE Discrete 4 + Edge + Premium FX Collection

Antelopes Discrete 4 is a high-quality microphone preamp interface, which convinces with a large collection of software plug-ins in addition to the first-class preamplifiers and many connection options. The Descrete4 is a very comprehensive interface with 4 analog inputs, 6 analog line outputs, including 2 guitar reamp-outs, four analog headphone outputs, S/PDIF and ADAT in/out outputs as well as word clock outputs - flexibility is thus always given and saves the user one or the other additional hardware. The 4 microphone preamps work discreetly, do excellent work and offer a dynamic range of 121 db, while the clocking is extremely solid. And in combination with the huge selection of vintage effect plug-ins, microphone/guitar simulations and Transformer & Tube FX included, this compilation is a real highlight in any studio.

The "Edge" microphone included in the set was designed by Igor Levin - the Antelope founder - who attached great importance to a smooth/natural sound during production. Based on the big and expensive classics, the large diaphragm microphone works very precisely in terms of transients, so that it can be used universally. In addition, there are selectable directional characteristics to be even more flexible.

With the Premium FX + Mic Emulation Collection you can use up to 16 instances of each EQ, compressor and aura verb plus four instants of each guitar/cabinet model. Matching the Verge microphones and the Edge large condenser mic, Antelope provides emulations so you can try out various classic models and integrate them into the mix in no time at all. 50+ Antelope Audio real-time FPGA FX are included in the collection.
