The Caroline Guitar Company Haymaker proves to be a supplier of variable overdrive sounds of the highest quality with three different clipping modes. Mode A delivers a soft clipping sound for a classic, creamy singing overdrive, while Mode B does entirely without clipping and thus delivers an extremely open sound that is clearly reminiscent of a ripped amplifier. Mode C, on the other hand, delivers hot distortion sounds with its hard clipping. In addition to the Punch control, which determines the intensity of the distortion, the Caroline Guitar Haymaker also offers a "Shape" potentiometer, with which you can control the gain structure from the tidy drive to the fuzz. Last but not least, the "Highs" potentiometer enables precise adjustment of the altitude content.
