FabFilter Timeless 2 is not only a flexible, perfectly modeled tape delay plugin with unique filters - it also offers chorus, flanger, phaser and scratch effects that make it a general purpose tool for any application. Whether you choose the +300 presets or prefer to create your own sounds, the choice is always yours. Use two delay lines with five ms to five seconds, change the character through tape delay or time-stretching behavior, obtain unique sounds by combining Phase inversion, feedback, cross-feedback and mid/side processing in various ways with other functions such as 16-step XLFOs, XY controllers, envelope generators/followers and MIDI sources. The software product is rounded off by its unique user interface, a simple drag-and-drop modulation with 24-slot modulation matrix, a freeze buffer option and many other features that are not visible at first glance.
