The pads of the DD-5200 are provided for the purpose of noise reduction with a rubberized layer, which also ensures a natural feeing. The rebound behavior is roughly equivalent to that of a normal acoustic drum sets, whereby the DD-5200 not only for die-hard electronic drummer, but also for ambitious drummers who are looking for an opportunity to refine their game at home.

The DD-5200 Sound Module

The real attraction of DD-5200 , however, is the attached sound module, which comes along with a real variety of sounds and tools in contrast of other modules from different manufacturers. 24 preset drumkits from rock to electronic music ensure a high degree of tonal flexibility. Through 11 additional user kits, the player is able to put together his own unique sound combinations. In turn, these can be fed from a pool of over 300 drum and percussion sounds. On top of that, the DD-5200 has to offer for advanced drummers more diverse setting options with respect to the volume, the dynamics or the hall of each pad. Even individual pattern assignments are possible.

Here, the DD-5200 sound module offers an easy handling and by numerous pre-installed features that do not make for frustration practicing. Playing with the metronome, accompaniment of the 60 preset songs integrating a click or even the combination of a music player make the DD-5200 for real training camp together with diverse units.

The DD-5200 Drum Rack

In order to bring the pads at your preference in in the correct position, the DD-5200 offers a rack out of round bars.The pads can be individually adapted to the back bar and the two front-facing arms with brackets. Apart from the practical orientation options makes the rack thanks to lightweight hardware also easy to transport.
