Every year the newest Sabian prototypes are put on show in an annual vote. The best of the best cymbals are chosen by players from all around the world and subsequently are then put into production. The results are unique cymbals that accurately satisfy the demands of modern drummers.

"Dual Lathing" Process

Due to the huge success of the Freq Crashes, Sabian is expanding their product range with a Freq HiHat with the same "Dual Lathing" process applied to the surface, producing exploding crashing sounds. Additionally the Freq Hi-Hats deliver a very controlled and defined stick address and can impress in any musical style. Sound: Unique, intensive and very assertive sound. The "Dual Lathing" process and the resulting surface produces an explosive development, followed by an oscillated frequency filling the room with a large, open sound.
