The Snareweight "CUTS" overtone damper set comes in a pack of 2 and consists of dampers made of transparent mylar. The practical plastic films can be cut to any size you like to create your own sound. The patented metal retaining clips (1x5mils and 1x7mils) guarantee a secure hold for every hoop. The necessary pressure is exerted on the fur to fix the plastic mutes flat on the fur and to produce a sound that does not lose punch and volume despite fewer overtones.
