The Tama LSP146 S.L.P. Fat Spruce Snare Drum Wild Satin is a 14" x 6" snare drum featuring a spruce shell, chrome hardware and a die-cast hoops. The LSP146 S.L.P. Fat Spruce Snare produces a warm resonant tone thanks to an 8-ply spruce shell with an attractive grain finish. The combination of this wood and Tama's 8-lug die-cast hoops makes for a powerful yet warm rim shot sound. This snare also features Evans G1 Coated heads.
