Meinl Byzance Vintage Splash 10", B10VS, Vintage Finish

The Vintage Splash from the Meinl Byzance series produces a relatively aggressive and trashy sound. In contrast, the volume is rather moderate, allowing the Vintage Splash to be exceptionally integrated into practically any percussion setup. The relative thinness of the Vintage Splash delivers an ultra-fast address, even when played with the hand. The sandblasted surface dramatically reduces the sustain, so that the sound dies away as quickly as it came. Perfect for short but expressive accents.
