The Primary Xylophone supports reading musical notation. The printed notes directly on the sound bars of the SXP Xylophone gives a visual guide to the musical notation of song. Even through creative improvised melodies, the player has a visual cue to what exactly they are playing. Additionally, over time, you will be able to develop an idea of how a printed note sounds.

The sound bars of the SXP Soprano Xylophone consist of Pao Rosa, an African native hard-wood that delivers exceptional sound characteristics. The expansion SXP 2.1 features 7 tones. The SXP 2.1 is also available with the SXP 1.1 as a set- the SXP 3.1 package.
