The Walrus Audio Slö is a multi-texture reverb FX pedal and the perfect sound tool for all friends of dreamy soundscapes and spherical ambient sounds. In addition to three distinctive effect algorithms, the compact pedal also offers a mixable modulation effect and a sustain switch, which extends the reverb tail infinitely if desired. Furthermore the familiar controls for mix, decay and filter can be used to control the sound, whereas the X-Poti adjusts a parameter depending on the selected algorithm.
Walrus Audio Slö featuring three distinctive reverbsAt the heart of the Walrus Audio Slö are three different effect algorithms that promise distinctive reverb sounds. The Dark algorithm octaves the reverb tail downwards and delivers a deep, if desired nightmarish sound atmosphere. The Rise preset, on the other hand, stand for a particularly wide, slowly swelling reverb, which allows slowly played notes to breathe deeply. Last but not least, the Dream algorithm adds a variable vibrato effect to the particularly rich reverb.
Integrated modulation effect with high variabilityFurthermore the Walrus Audio Slö offers an integrated modulation effect that brings the reverb tail to life. The Depth knob controls the depth of the modulations as usual, whereas the modulation rate can be adjusted via its secondary function. Furthermore three different waveforms can be selected via the secondary function of the algorithm switch. In addition to the traditional sine wave with warp and sink, there are two asymmetrical forms.
