Dateq SPL-2 Program Limiter

The SPL-2 Limiter from Dateq is the smallest member of the SPL family. The device is officially recognized and sealed at the front.

It offers the most cost effective solution to your sound level problems. This limiter is recommended as 'the best' by an increasing number of professional sound system installers. The limiters' microcontroller continuously measures the input-level and attenuates the output level as much as necessary to keep the sound level underneath the given threshold. Because the SPL-limiters are no peak limiters the dynamics of the music remains unchanged.

The SPL2 has the ability to adjust the sound-level (actual output-level) and the threshold (input sensitivity). All the connectors, the sound-level and threshold controller are inaccessible after the limiter is sealed.
