Compressor / Limiter 500 Series

The PWM-501 is an extremely fast and versatile compressor for the 500 Series. The PWM-501 is controlled by a special pulsewidth-modulator which is reponsible for the quick response similar to a FET- & VCA-compressor and the PWM-501's character. A unique feature is the Feedforward/Feedback control which lets you blend between these two stages. Also included is a highpass-filter which is inserted in the sidechain after the FF/FB control which avoids the triggering of low frequency signals like kickdrums for example.
