Logjam Rattlebox Stomp Box

The Stomp Box from the English company Logjam is an instrument for Cajon players, percussionists and guitarists. It allows you to produce a kick drum sound very easily and all on your own. Additionally, the Stomp Box is simply connected to a PA or Bass amplification system, and that's it! The resulting sound can be influenced by the type and location of the strike.

The Rattlebox

The Rattlebox was designed to create snare drum or side stick sounds instead of kick drum sounds. The playing surface is made of Baltic Birch and can be used as foot percussion, with sticks, brushes or with your hands. A very low angle provides effortless playing.

Materials and Technology

The housing of the Rattlebox is made from a wood named Sapele, which features perfect tonal characteristics. The under-side of the Stomp Box is equipped with a rubber mat to help keep it in place. The Rattlebox is designed to allow playing variation. The player is able to give the sound a warmer or harder dynamic depending on the playing position.
