The Solid State Logic Nucleus 2 bridges the gap between the sound, feel and control of an analog console while providing the flexibility and convenience of in-the-box workflow through your DAW. The Nucleus 2 has retained all of what made the original Nucleus have such an impact on the industry including the high-quality and very detailed motorized faders, a metal chassis to keep it safe while being used as a mobile rig, large heavy duty jog-wheel and transport buttons for smooth transport control, and the ability to control three DAWs simultaneously. It is now available here in the "Dark" color scheme.

Offering two fully-featured SSL SuperAnalogue console grade preamps, improvement to the Dante audio interface connectivity and 16 touch-sensitive motorized faders. For advanced DAW control and functionality, access console grade transport controls as well as the ability to assign in-the-box automation parameters to available faders and knobs.

Switch between two sets of studio monitors to ensure the mix will translate to different listening environments with the improved main/mini monitor switching section. A talkback microphone with adjustable gain and dedicated talkback button has been included to ease communication with the artist and prevent eating up a mic preamp. Choose to engage a -20 dB DIM to the main monitor outputs when the talkback switch is engaged to prevent feedback back to the artist's headphones.

The original USB sound card has been replaced with a top quality Dante connection, which allows the transfer of audio and information over a single ethernet cable. Achieve ultra-low latency (4ms) by using the supplied Dante Virtual Soundcard software on your computer. Add additional mic pres, analog outputs or other external Dante devices through the second ethernet port on the rear panel of Nucleus 2. The talkback can then be switched to feed the output of the second Dante connection.
