M5 MP Matched Pair. Stereo pair: two precisely selected small membrane condenser microphones with cardioid characteristics, high maximum PSL, full frequency range, low inherent noise and scratch-resistant enamelled metal housing. Small membrane microphones are, with their high resolution and fast signal transmission, principally suited for woodwind, strings, as overheads and all other instruments with filigrees sound components.

The M5 with a length of only 10cm is one of the shortest small-membrane mics on the market - ideal for positioning in tight spaces while the black ceramic coating makes it incredibly stealthy. The aluminium housing is nickel-plated making it corrosion resistant, followed by an enamel-powder applied evenly through an electrostatic process and is then finally fired in a kiln. The result: a very high-quality and scratch-resistant finish, which after years of use will still look fresh.
